Need a childcare plan for your upcoming event?
When planning your next meeting, why not offer a package that the whole family can enjoy? Our children’s conventions are specifically designed group parties that can be tailored to match your organization’s needs (children group sizes 11 to 1,500). Children are provided with a variety of hands-on activities, interactive games, exciting toys, and creative art projects to keep them entertained for hours. Our Innovative Event Childcare Services take place in a separate & secure ballroom and are perfect for company meetings/parties, conventions, trade shows and more!
The Children’s Event Planners of Kid’s Nite Out develop unique children’s event programs appropriate for size of group and children’s ages, and continuously creates activities that feature popular trends. Our Kid’s Nite Out event childcare team arrives with a truck ready to burst with fun games, toys and other activities.
Our events are safe and stress-free and can be held in a ballroom, meeting room, or even outdoors! Utilizing our many years of childcare experience, our professional staff is well prepared to have fun with children of all ages.
Below are a few options available – let us plan and implement your next event:
A “Standard” Children’s Event Includes: Qualified activity coordinators, toys, games, movies, arts & crafts, and group activities.
A “Themed” Children’s Event Includes: Qualified activity coordinators, toys, games, movies, arts & crafts, and group activities. Themed events will also include table decorations and take-home gifts for each child. Arts & crafts, games, and activities will be based around the chosen theme. One additional source of entertainment is also included. (i.e., disc jockey, clown, face painter, magician, etc.)

*Teddy Bear Picnic and Dalmatian Station are recommended for ages 3 & under.
Add-on Entertainment Options
Like one of the options above, but want to add a few little “extras?” À la carte entertainment options can be added to any event. Check out our Sales Packet for more details.
Our convention managers are willing to attend any pre-convention meetings or site inspections to ensure a successful event. We will work hand-in-hand with your meeting planner, convention coordinator, or trade-show staff. Our professional caregivers will arrive at your children’s convention or party wearing our signature purple polo shirt with the Kid’s Nite Out logo embroidered on the left side. They will also be wearing a Kid’s Nite Out name tag and identification badge.
Leading corporations have contracted Kid’s Nite Out for event childcare services at their conventions, trade shows, corporate parties or events. These organizations include industries such as electronic, resort/hotel, insurance, food distribution, restaurant, electronics, retail, nonprofit, automobile, gasoline, banking, higher education, media, and government. Safety is our Top Priority
With event childcare services, children and parents are assigned child identification (ID) numbers. Children get bright arm bands with their names, ages and ID numbers. Parents get a Kid’s Nite Out claim card with an ID number that matches their children’s ID numbers. The arm band and card number must match for a child to be released, unless otherwise noted. Details regarding emergency numbers and appropriate health conditions are recorded. For our large Convention services, a separate ballroom is reserved adjacent to restrooms at events.
A professional certified staff is guaranteed and policies are stringent.
Our Professional Caregivers:
• Are at least 18 years of age
• Are certified in child/infant CPR and basic first aid
• Have previous childcare or teaching experience
• Are thoroughly interviewed, screened, references are checked, and criminal background checks are performed
• Many of our professional caregivers possess advanced training, a state teaching certificate or a CDA certificate.
